Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to attitudeglobaltechnologies.co.zw, service provided by AGT. In using attitudeglobaltechnologies.co.zw service you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below.
All products/services and information displayed on attitudeglobaltechnologies.co.zw constitute an “invitation to offer”. Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. attitudeglobaltechnologies.co.zw reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. If you have supplied us with your valid email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details and therefore process the order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. No act or omission of attitudeglobaltechnologies.co.zw prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days for all items. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some of the items must not be returned. We also do not accept items misused or misconfiguration of software, scratched items , or broken.

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind on a bought item, if after making the purchase online and you still have not received the item, you could still cancel your order. If you have paid through electronic means (Bank transfer, other payment cards) then the money would be refunded, but due to individual card providers, the amount may take time to reflect in your card statement.

In all circumstances you can contact the Customer Service Team through the Contact Us page for a return of an item or refunds.

The item will be checked for the packing conditions and if it is still in sellable condition, the money will be refunded back to you.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Promotion items.
  • Downloadable software products
  • Used for more than the stipulated dates

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • software, video game, watches, l items that has been opened trying to fix the problem.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

If a delivery is attempted, shipping fees will be deducted from the amount, but you will receive a refund for the balance. This fee will be waived if the item was not as advertised, defective or not functioning as advertised. So basically if it is a return because you have simply changed your mind then the shipping fees will be retained by Sharaf DG and we just refund you amount paid for the item(s).

You will be refunded the shipping fees for returned items not in proper working condition or faulty and/or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@attitudeglobaltechnologies.co.zw and send your item to the nearest receiving address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@attitudeglobaltechnologies.co.zw.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Not that shipment cost will be calculated with the current rate.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Account and Registration Obligations

“Your Information” is defined as any information you provide to us in the registration, buying or listing process, in the feedback area or through any email feature. We will protect Your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account and Password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your Account or Password. attitudeglobaltechnologies.co.zw shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting us immediately through the address provided below. If attitudeglobaltechnologies.co.zw has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the attitudeglobaltechnologies.co.zw Site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account without any liability to attitudeglobaltechnologies.co.zw.

You also agree to:

1. Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by AGT’s registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”)
2. Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if attitudeglobaltechnologies.co.zw has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, and not current or not in accordance with the User Agreement, attitudeglobaltechnologies.co.zw has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site.

Quality check

In order to ensure top quality customer experience, we do a quality check on orders dispatched at our end. If we find any fault in the product(s) in your order, we reserve the rights to cancel the order partially or fully. On such cases, we shall notify you about the same.
